Quality Assurance

CAMOUEST has developed an internal quality control (QC) system which includes checks to make sure that each individual repair is verified by a Senior QC Approved Mechanic upon completion.

To ensure that all repair operations have been carried out to Quebec "430 standards", each major repair order must be signed off by a QC Approved Mechanic. For minor repairs, such as mirror or wiper blade replacements, the Manager on duty must verify all work and assume responsibility for it. All work is carefully monitored at all times, whether it is completed during the day or evening shift.
